We work with producers in structuring development deals, and providing guidance on marketability, potential partners, and personnel.

With extensive film financing and international co-production experience, we work with the producer’s team in shaping the budget and finance plan.

Put briefly, finance plans are our jam. We’re able to provide guidance on various film finance structures including tax incentives, grants, MGs, licenses, investments and debt finance.

Additionally, we can assist you in the closing process ahead of principal photography (translation: we’re happy to chase the money people to get everything ready in time for shoot).

We’re here to handle all the business and commercial elements to a production that a creative producer would otherwise have to deal with including:

• Production business affairs

• Structuring commercial deal points with the writer, director, producer, cast and crew

• Liaise with agents, talent representatives, financiers, and other stakeholders in the production

While we’re able to work with a creative team on a piecemeal basis, we love joining a project from the very beginning, and see it come to life from script to screen. Our executive producing services means we partner with creative producers to handle all the business and commercials elements of a project from the very beginning of development/pre-production through to sale and distribution.
